The Long Beach Downtown Farmers Market takes place every Friday from 10:00am to 4:00pm in the CityPlace Center. Shop, sample and speak with certified farmers with products ranging from produce, fruits, nuts, snacks, prepared foods and desserts. Get two hours of free parking at the three CityPlace parking structures.

On the 2nd Saturday of each month, local art galleries, shops and restaurants stay open late into the evening for Long Beach's 2nd Saturday Art Walk. Linden Ave gets closed for the event and is filled with local artists, businesses and two stages for street performances and live music. Admission is free and all ages are welcome to soak in the Long Beach culture.

The So-Cal/Long Beach Motorcycle Swap Meet will have hundreds of vendors selling new, used, and vintage motorcycles and bicycle parts and accessories. This event is held every month at the Long Beach Veteran's Stadium on a Sunday.

Location: Veterans Memorial Stadium in Long Beach City College, which is just 17 minutes from the Vagabond Inn Long Beach hotel. Hours: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM. Entry fee is $10 for general admission and free for children under the age of 12. Bike corral admission is $9 per rider.

The LA Calendar Motorcycle Show will have the finest custom, sport, and classic motorcycles along with vendors, manufacturers, and celebrity custom bike builders. Headlining the Calendar Girl Music Festival is Lily Elise and the all-girl Japanese rock band Nylon Pink. With a VIP ticket purchase, you can get your bike cleaned for free in the Calendar Kitten Bikini Bike Wash.
