Professional and recreational cyclists can enjoy one of the 3 different rides this year: Scary Monster is 100 miles long with 9200 ft of climbing, Hairy Monster is 62 miles long with 6900 ft of climbing and new this year is Merry Monster which is 26 miles long with 750 ft of climbing. This is a fun and friendly event, so it is not timed like a race, but allows you to enjoy the scenic countryside views.

Location: The Mendocino Monster Century Bicycle Ride starts at Mendocino College, just over 5 miles from the Vagabond Inn Ukiah Hotel.

Ukiah's Annual Taste of Downtown, sponsored by the Ukiah Main Street Program, will feature Local Mendocino County wineries, breweries, distilleries and beverage companies' tastings in Downtown shops. Dates subject to change.

The Greater Ukiah Chamber of Commerce and the City of Ukiah coordinates the All American 4th of July Picnic in the Park. Live performances, dance, music, and crafts provide hours of entertainment for the whole family.
