The Long Beach Museum of Art is built in a 1912 mansion which overlooks the Pacific Ocean. It features permanent and changing exhibitions of modern and contemporary paintings, sculpture, video art, and photographs. The museum is located at 2300 East Ocean Blvd and is 8 miles east of our San Pedro property.
Long Beach State University is located on 324 acres of land and features a traditional Japanese Garden named after Earl Burns Miller. The University is located at 1250 North Bellflower Blvd and is 12.5 miles northeast of our San Pedro property.
