The most well-known event to take place on the Tehama County Fairgrounds is, unsurprisingly, the Tehama District Fair. The county has held the fair annually since 1921, and serves to showcase the community by drawing attention to local agricultural products. Other events on the fairgrounds often celebrate horse and rodeo culture.
