El Paso Ice Cream Festival will return in 2017 - bigger, better and sweeter than ever with MORE ice cream, MORE variety of flavors & frozen treats, and MORE family-friendly activities! Ice cream and fun will flow from 4PM-10PM, and the festival ends with the RED, WHITE & BOOM FIREWORKS finale that lights up the skies in Northeast El Paso to celebrate America's Independence Day.
