Reservation Frequently Asked Questions

Are the rates shown based on double occupancy?

Not necessarily, when you make your reservation the system will prompt you to choose the number of people that will be staying in the room. The rate will then reflect the number of people you chose.
Do I need to give my credit card to make an online reservation?

Yes. It is necessary to guarantee your reservation.
How do I view or cancel a reservation online?

Click here to access your reservations. You can modify your reservation from there. Currently only reservations booked online can be viewed or canceled online.
How long will it take to get a hotel's confirmation?

You may print your confirmation once you have successfully completed your booking. You will receive an e-mail confirmation from the hotel and the hotel will receive your reservation immediately. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive your confirmation e-mail.
I need more than one room. Can I book two rooms with one reservation?

Yes. During the reservation process you will be able to enter the number of rooms you are reserving.
If I change my reservations, will my rates change?

There is the possibility. If you change the date of arrival then you may be working with a new set of rates. If you increase the number of people in a room, you will pay the additional person charge above the original rate. Also if you upgrade your room type the rate will change.
What credit cards are accepted?

Generally; American Express, Discover, Visa, Master Card, Carte Blanche and Diners Club.
What happens to my credit card information when I reserve online? Is it secure?

We follow Payment Card Industry standards and are PCI compliant. We secure your credit card information utilizing the latest security measures and have outside consultants verify our security measures and practices.
What if I want to reserve a group of rooms?

Four rooms is the maximum allowed to be booked on-line within one reservation. You may book multiple 4-room bookings, however we suggest contacting our Group Reservation Department for any group of 10 or more rooms.
What is the cancellation policy for hotel reservations?

Depending upon the hotel, usually 24 hours, however some have a 48 or 72-hour cancellation policy. Others that were "Advance Purchase" may not offer refunds even if you cancel the reservation. Be sure to carefully read all information available for the hotel you have chosen.

Are there standard check-in and checkout times?

Normally, check-in time is 3:00pm and checkout time is 11:00am, however please refer to the information available for the hotel you have chosen. Their specific check-in and check-out times will be listed. Not all hotels have the same time pattern.
Does Vagabond hotel accept pets?

Although we are pet-friendly not every hotel has the capacity to accept pets. Please be sure to read the information that is available about the hotel you have chosen.
Does Vagabond Inn offer breakfast?

Yes, some Vagabond Inn locations offer complimentary breakfast for guests. Please check with the property for site-specific policies and any additional information.
Is parking available at Vagabond Inn?

Yes, most Vagabond Inn locations offer free parking, but some locations require a parking fee. Please check with the specific property for additional information.
Is there free Wi-Fi at Vagabond Inn?

Yes, all Vagabond Inn locations offer free Wi-Fi for guests.
What discounts does Vagabond hotel accept?

We accept (in accordance with the disclosed features and policies): AAA, Senior, Corporate, and Military.
What happens if my plans change and I forget to change or cancel my reservation, will I be charged?

It is possible. If you did not make your changes regarding the date of arrival or you forgot to cancel yes you will be charged at least one night's room and tax for each room you had reserved. Depending upon the hotel, you may be charged for all nights for all rooms. Please read the information available regarding the hotel you have chosen.
