Thanks for the compassion and very beautiful room Stephanie , I just had knee surgery and she made things so easy for me when I got there it took her 5 minutes to get me in a beautiful room, a helper to carry my bags and not once did she seemed bothered by it Customer Service its where its at Stephanie Have a blessed holiday
