This hotel was our 2nd of our week in Cali and as we pulled up the kids and hubby were thinking it was going to be a dump. As soon as my kids(16 and 20)opened the door my son said "wow, I wasn't expecting this". The rooms are updated and super nice. Kids were in love with the bathroom. Daughter loved the light around mirror for doing her makeup and they both loved the glass door shower. Neither cared for the sliding bathroom door with no lock. I loved the free parking, free breakfast( waffle maker and had berries and syrup, oatmeal, ramen, yougurts, muffins, toast, bagels, 4 juices, coffee, cereal and fruit(only apples the 2 days we were there). My son loved the gym and the fact it was 24 hours and the pool(closes at 9). Washer and dryer is a great idea , however, we went to do a load of laundry and dryer was broken so we had to hang clothes to dry around room. Nancy and Ely were very friendly and very accommodating. Asked for an extra sheet and Nancy delivered to the room. We bought an annual pass to Universal so we will definitely stay here again.
