Your staff was very accommodating. I had messed up my elderly mothers reservation and Tiffany at the front desk was so helpful and nice. I just want you to know she is asset to your company. She upgraded our room at no additional cost and took care of us the entire time we were there. The room was clean and were comfortable staying there. Your entire staff was so pleasant and cleaned our room everyday very good. We just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate the hospitality. We will be staying with you in the future.
